Research On The Legal Protection Of Internet Financial Consumer Security Rights Driven By Technology

With the rapid development of science and technology,people's life style is also constantly changing,especially in the field of financial consumption,information technology has completely changed the traditional way of transaction,and continues to promote the changes in many fields of the financial market.As an important participant in the Internet financial industry,consumers are facing the problem of security rights protection while receiving more convenient services.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to strengthen the security right protection of Internet financial consumers.Based on the experience of foreign countries,this paper puts forward the idea of improving the system of Internet financial consumer's right to security driven by science and technology.It is mainly divided into five parts: the first chapter mainly studies the background of Internet Finance driven by current science and technology,and puts forward the research methods,research ideas and innovations of this paper,so as to lay a good foundation for the following analysis.The second chapter introduces the theory of the safety protection right of Internet financial consumers driven by science and technology,and elaborates from three levels of Internet finance,Internet financial consumers and Internet financial consumers' security rights.The third chapter describes the current situation of China's protection of Internet financial consumers' right to security driven by science and technology,and demonstrates it from three perspectives: legal risks,system limitations and existing prominent problems.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the analysis of foreign related experience.The fifth chapter is mainly from the legislative proposals,regulatory system and supporting system three aspects to improve the relevant system of systematic elaboration.
