Human resource management has played a huge role in effectively promoting corporate management since its birth.As an education and management model with Chinese characteristics,ideological and political education has a guiding role in the localization of corporate human resource management.Human resource management is playing an increasingly active role.However,with the development of the times,the integration between ideological and political education and modern human resource management has become a big problem.Making full use of the advantages of ideological and political education to strengthen enterprise human resource management is an inevitable requirement for the development of modern enterprises.Enterprise ideological and political education and human resource management are inherently identical and quite different.This article uses the literature research method to sort out the relevant theories and dialectical relationships between the two,and discusses the value guidance,value guidance,and dialectical relationships of enterprise ideological and political education.The strengthening of the concept of human management and the optimization of corporate culture play a leading role in human resource management.At the same time,using questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation of Hubei Jinpai Co.,Ltd.'s ideological and political education in human resource management,and summarize the employment of Jinpai's ideological and political education in improving human resource management.Some results have been achieved in terms of mechanism,training mechanism,and incentive mechanism.However,at the same time,due to insufficient theoretical support for corporate ideological and political education work,unsound working mechanisms,and low emphasis on human resources management,the ideological and political education in the company has weakened the guiding position of human resource management,the educational effect is only formal,and the application effect is not significant,etc.problem.In response to the above-mentioned problems and causes of enterprises,promoting the effective integration of ideological and political education and human resource management,improving the working mechanism of ideological and political education,and optimizing the ideological and political education work team will be effective countermeasures.This article studies the application of ideological and political education of specific enterprises in human resource management,and has certain reference significance for other enterprises to improve the effectiveness of human resource management and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
