The strategy of rural revitalization is the general starting point for doing the “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” work in the new era and the only way to realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China took the strategy of rural revitalization as a major deployment to promote and wrote it into the party constitution,which fully demonstrated the importance of the party and the state on the strategy of rural revitalization.In the process of rural revitalization,human resources are the key element.To promote the implementation of the major strategy of rural revitalization,the key is how to realize the revitalization of talents.With the smooth completion of the task of poverty alleviation,we have ushered in a new starting point for rural revitalization.We must do a good job in talent work,build a professional talent team,and provide a steady stream of talent support for rural development.The S Village in Pingdu City is an important epitome of promoting rural talent revitalization.In recent years,under the background of the city's vigorous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,a unique talent training model of "Chuanghu College" has been formed,which has played a role in the local and even the province.Good demonstration effect.Although it has achieved certain results,like most villages in China,the village still faces the dilemma of the introduction of foreign talents and the cultivation of talents in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the collection and analysis of important theoretical results in previous literature,combined with its own work and independent thinking,through field research,household interviews,and questionnaires,this paper finds that the introduction of talents is slow,the effectiveness is not obvious,and the assessment system is ineffective.There are shortcomings in the improvement and talent training,and starting from the three aspects of improving the talent introduction mechanism,unblocking the talent guarantee mechanism and perfecting the party building leadership mechanism,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for rural talent training in the context of the rural revitalization strategy of Village S,hoping to be able to Provide some reference and help for the revitalization of rural talents in Pingdu city and beyond,and make a little contribution to the research of rural revitalization strategy.
