Research On Administrative Mediation In Grassroots Social Governance

In recent years,our party has proposed to build a new pattern of grass-roots social governance,provide more legal guidance for China to continuously strengthen and innovate the new pattern of grass-roots social governance,and enhance the legalization of grass-roots social governance.Grass roots social governance mainly refers to the governance of township streets and urban and rural communities.Promoting grass-roots social governance is an important foundation for the steady development of a country,a solid support for orderly social governance,and the basic guarantee for a better life for the people.In the current practice of grass-roots social governance,contradictions in some fields are prominent,showing the characteristics of complexity and collectivization.The pressure to maintain the harmony and stability of grass-roots social governance is increasing day by day.Compared with other dispute resolution methods,administrative mediation has the characteristics of professionalism,authority and convenience.As a link for the government to safeguard the interests of the masses in grass-roots social governance,administrative mediation has gradually become one of the important means to solve contradictions and disputes.Therefore,in the context of grass-roots social governance,this paper discusses the administrative mediation system,combined with the specific contents and experience of foreign administrative mediation,points out that there are some problems in China's current grass-roots social governance,such as vague scope,unclear procedure,uncertain effectiveness,imperfect subject,low utilization rate and so on,and then puts forward the need to clarify the scope of administrative mediation,standardize administrative mediation procedures,establish the effectiveness of administrative mediation,improve the subject of administrative mediation Improve the utilization rate of administrative mediation and other relevant methods,in order to further improve the administrative mediation system and give full play to its unique dispute resolution advantages in grass-roots social governance.
