Research On The Legal System Of Biodiversity Conservation

China is one of the countries with the richest biodiversity resources in the world.Biodiversity is the basis for the survival and development of human society and an important cornerstone for the sustainable development of national ecological civilization construction and social life quality.With the introduction of laws and regulations on biodiversity protection in recent years,the importance of biodiversity protection in China is becoming more and more obvious.This paper analyzes the current situation and future of China's biodiversity conservation legal system through the existing conservation legal system.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature and laws and regulations,this study analyzed the status quo and existing problems of biodiversity protection legislation,further identified the key points and gaps in current biodiversity protection laws and regulations,and elaborated the importance and urgency of legislation.This paper considered and explored the relevant legal systems for biodiversity protection legislation in China,and identified the need to establish and perfect legal systems for ecological compensation,supervision and management,judicial relief,resource exploitation and benefit sharing.This paper focuses on the needs of China's national strategy,meets the requirements of ecological civilization construction and sustainable economic and social development,and provides legal guarantee for biodiversity protection.
