Research On The Construction Of Rural Practical Talent Team In Fujin City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Rural talent revitalization is an important impetus for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and also a strong guarantee for the implementation of the overall requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.Practical talents in rural areas are the core and backbone of our development of modern agriculture and construction of new socialist countryside.To strengthen the support of talents in rural revitalization,we must further accelerate the cultivation of practical talents in rural areas and build a strong team of talents in rural revitalization.Fujin city,Heilongjiang Province is one of the 100 major grain-producing counties in China.Fujin city has been adhering to the basic development direction of continuously promoting rural revitalization and agricultural modernization for a long time,fully excavated its advantageous resources and advantages,and identified practical talents and practical technologies as the focus and key of all-round and multi-level assistance for rural revitalization and development,providing support for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.However,there are still many deficiencies in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Fujin city,such as the industrial structure in rural is unreasonable,an overall feeble economy in rural,“rural hollowing”,brain drain in rural,etc.The living standards of farmers in this area have not been significantly improved at present.Therefore,much still remains to be done in Fujin's rural revitalization goal.Under the background of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,practical rural talents,as the key to promoting the revitalization and development of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",are the research focus of current agricultural and rural talents.Over the years,due to the current situation of agricultural development and geographical factors,the construction of practical talents in rural areas is slightly weak and plays an insignificant role,thus hindering the development of modern agricultural and rural economy in Fujin City.Therefore,in the context of the overall implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,how to explore the establishment of rural talent echelon,and strive to build a capable,high-level rural practical talent team is a problem worth thinking about.Starting from the background of rural revitalization strategy,this study carried out field research by means of questionnaire survey and interviews with relevant departments of Fujin City,obtained some relevant research materials on the current construction of rural practical talent team in Fujin City,and then deeply analyzed the current construction status of rural practical talent team in Fujin City.There are some problems such as the shortage of rural practical talents,unreasonable structure,low overall quality level and imperfect management and service platform,which hinder the cultivation of rural practical talents in Fujin.Using multiple regression analysis,selection of market dynamics,mechanism of industrial innovation,policy support,training effectiveness and provides service platform,indicators,analysis the influence factors of satisfaction fujin city rural practical talent team construction,for fujin city is put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the construction of rural practical talent team to provide the basis.
