Research On Smart Community Construction In Grassroots Social Governance

At present,China's social governance is facing new challenges and new opportunities.The grassroots social governance model urgently needs to be innovated to adapt to the ever-changing social and economic environment.The Internet,the Internet of Things,and other technological means provide the possibility for grassroots social governance innovation.The smart community is a brand-new concept put forward under such a background and emerging everywhere.As a new community form,the purpose is to optimize the governance structure of the grassroots community and provide better social public products and services.This article mainly adopts the literature analysis method and the interview method,chooses the practice of the smart community in Qixia District of Nanjing City as a case,deeply analyzes the characteristics of the smart community governance model and the difference between it and the traditional community management model,and demonstrates the original traditional community management The model can no longer meet the needs of grassroots social governance in the new situation.In2016,Qixia District initially started to try the construction of smart communities.By integrating various social resources,using high-tech technologies such as wireless networks and smart terminals,introducing the "Handheld Cloud Community" platform,and gradually promoting the wisdom of grassroots government governance and social services.The construction of smart communities has brought many changes to community development and has brought significant improvements in community governance,but there are still some practical problems in the process.This paper uses governance theory and other relevant knowledge to comb and analyze the development status and innovative practices of smart communities in Qixia District,and conclude that Qixia District has insufficient participation of multiple social forces in the process of building smart communities;lack of professional talents;platform design ignores needs And other issues,and conducted an in-depth analysis of the causes of the issues from organizational guarantees,concept cognition,network environment and other aspects.In order to effectively solve the current deficiencies,countermeasures and suggestions were given,such as cultivating correct awareness,establishing demand orientation,importing professional talents,integrating various resources,and optimizing service models.It is an inevitable trend for Chinese cities to modernize society through smart governance methods.Grassroots social governance should also conform to the development trend of smart governance.The construction of smart communities can greatly improve the level of grassroots community governance and promote social harmony and residents' satisfaction.improve.The research case of this article is representative of the problems in the construction of smart communities in Qixia District,Nanjing.This research can provide a certain reference for the construction of Qixia District and other smart communities.
