Research On Grid Governance Issues And Countermeasures Of M Street In Qixia District

In recent years,with the increasing improvement of social informatization,people’s lifestyle has quietly changed dramatically.In order to adapt to this change,the way of social governance has gradually transformed from the traditional "rule by man" mode to the organic integration of modern "people+data governance".Therefore,new problems and contradictions have become increasingly prominent.How to eliminate problems and solve contradictions and achieve innovation in the new era of social governance system,It is an important issue facing today’s social development.This article takes M Street in Qixia District,Nanjing as the research object,and uses literature review,interview,and questionnaire survey methods to understand the current status of grid governance in M Street community.It discovers a series of problems under the current governance system.Through investigation and research,it is found that M Street in Qixia District has a strong tendency towards administrative management,incomplete construction of grid teams,unclear division of rights and responsibilities,and a lack of coordination of grid information data in promoting grid governance The guarantee mechanism needs to be optimized and other shortcomings.Through research on seamless theory and digital management theory,it is summarized that the reasons for the obstacles to grid governance in M Street in Qixia District include lack of personnel management,lack of social identity,lack of unified standards in institutional construction,and insufficient diversified participation.Subsequently,the grid governance of M Street was integrated into the urban modernization pattern.In response to the current problems in the social grid governance of M Street,measures were proposed to improve the institutional mechanisms,strengthen the construction of grid teams,increase resource integration,and promote collaborative governance among multiple entities.This will play a certain role in further developing grid social governance,improving the level of modern governance,and maintaining social stability and harmony for M Street in Qixia District,It also provides reference for other regions implementing grid based social governance.
