As the judicial organ of the State,the People's Court independently exercises judicial power in accordance with the law,and plays a key role in the process of punishing crimes,settling disputes and establishing a socialist country ruled by law.In terms of nature and function,the People's Court has been endowed with great power,which also puts forward certain requirements for its judicial work,taking judicial fairness and justice as the premise,and reducing the probability of judicial omission.The acceleration of economic globalization not only changes the pattern of economic development in China,but also intensifies the complexity of economic environment at home and abroad to some extent.For the sake of better safeguard their legitimate rights and interests from infringement,on the one hand,increased attention to the judicial work,on the other hand,the need for fair justice is more intense.In dealing with various contradictions and conflicts,it has become more and more common for the people to seek judicial solutions to problems,This will not only protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people,to a certain extent,it also promotes the high-quality development of the judicial work.Since the reform of the post system,encouraging results have been achieved in many aspects,with more prominent principal position of judges,clearer responsibilities for handling cases,continuous improvement in the level of specialization of judges,and continuous improvement in the efficiency of judicial trials,the independence in handling cases continues to increase,but there are still some problems to be solved,such as the weak organizational cohesion and sense of belonging of the post judges,professional sense of honor,subjective initiative,lack of work enthusiasm and creativity and other phenomena,in the final analysis,the post judge incentive mechanism needs to be improved and optimized.Human resources are the core resources of any organization.As an important group of the court trial team,the post judges' working status directly affects the people's perception of the trial function and the evaluation of fairness and justice.In order to develop the judicial cause with high quality in the new era,we must do well in the construction of post judges,and promote the construction of post judges in a regular,professional and professional way.Post judge incentive mechanism as an important means of human resources management,can not only show the level of management,but also stimulate the potential of human resources in trials,the most important thing is to inspire the enthusiasm of the post judges,so as to achieve the goal of promoting enthusiasm and creativity,and finally play the maximum effect of the trial quality.As one of the incentive theories,the two-factor theory proposed by Herzberg has attracted much attention from all walks of life because of its strong representativeness,and has also played a good application effect in practical management.However,through the understanding of the application of the two-factor theory in the public administration department,it is found that there is a lack of rich experience in the management of the court system due to the lack of experience in the application of the theory in the judicial department.In the process of research,this essay will W city intermediate people's court as the research subject,using literature research,case analysis,study and other research methods,its deep understanding of the judge of job satisfaction,health care factors and incentive factors of supply and demand situation,so as to better analyze its W city intermediate people's court of incentive mechanism present situation of the judge.On this basis,by encouraging a hygiene factors as the starting point of research,in-depth analysis of its current W city intermediate people's court of the defects existing in the incentive mechanism in the application,and analysis,find out the reasons for the problems and reasons of the existence of,trying to how to better optimize its W city intermediate people's court of the incentive mechanism is put forward countermeasures,It is expected to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the post judges of THE INTERMEDIATE People's Court of W City,fundamentally promote the improvement of trial quality and efficiency,enable judicial fairness and justice to be implemented in trial practice,and thus gain more public support in the society.
