Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Judges In Grassroots Court

The improvement of the incentive mechanism of the grass-roots judges is the necessary measure to improve the judicial efficiency of the judges,promote fairness and justice,and realize the socialist rule of law.The grass roots judge mentioned in this article refers to the judges who have judicial power in the background of the reform of the judge post system.Based on the incentive mechanism of the primary judge,this paper combines the demand theory,the theory of fairness,the theory of double factor,etc,From the three aspects of the concept,method and system of the incentive mechanism of the basic-level judge,this paper expounds the problems caused by the incentive mechanism of the basic judge and the reasons for the deep excavation of the problem.Aiming at influencing the effect of incentive mechanism,the author puts forward measures to improve the incentive mechanism of grassroots judges.First of all,this paper expounds the relevant concepts and theories of judge incentives in T district,S province.This paper mainly defines the concept of primary judge,incentive,incentive mechanism,the incentive mechanism of the grass-roots judge,and the theory of motivation and the application of this article.Secondly,the paper analyzes the major problems of the incentive mechanism of grassroots judges from three aspects: the concept,method and system of incentive mechanism.These problems are mainly manifested in the lack of people-oriented concept,single incentive method,not keeping pace with The Times,unreasonable pay design,imperfect promotion channels,etc.Then,the excavation results in a deep reason for the imperfection of the incentive mechanism of the primary judge,which reasons are mainly reflected in the political environment,the economic environment,the human environment and the basic judge.Finally,on the basis of the foreword,the author puts forward some Suggestions to improve the incentive mechanism.
