Research On The Role Of The Government Of Wenzu Town In Jinan City In The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

With China's economic and social development,different forms of farmers specialized cooperatives in rural areas,especially the "farmers professional cooperative law" implementation,all types of cooperatives are springing up,the state through industrial policy,taxation,finance,science and technology and talents,promote the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,all kinds of social forces are actively involved in the development of cooperatives,the development of farmers' professional cooperatives also give all kinds of support,help and service.In recent years,many scholars have focused on the study of the farmers' professional cooperative development.On the basis of the research and Study on the basis of previous studies,I combine the concepts,features and functions of farmer specialized cooperatives and government functions,and analyze the development of the society and the function of the government.By focusing on the development,farmers' professional cooperatives in Zhangqiu City Wen Zu Zhen the achievements and problems of research,and analyzes three typical cases of farmer cooperatives,respectively to study the process and achievements of the formation,establishment,operation of cooperatives,focuses on the study of Wenzu town government in promoting the development of agricultural cooperatives the implementation of the policy,organization,government functions,funds and circulation factors and other issues,drawing and analysis of Japan,USA and Israel agricultural cooperation organization development good fruit experience,proposed in the current situation,the government in promoting Zuzhen Countermeasures of agricultural cooperatives in the main role,is to improve the system reasonable mechanism,the role of government,strengthen the process of management and improve the service mechanism.From the internal and external environment for the development of farmers' professional cooperatives to provide perfect service.From such a perspective,this paper seeks to find a proper position and function of the township government in the development of farmer specialized cooperatives,and to provide a case study on the theory of farmer specialized cooperative.
