Analysis Of The Effect Of China-Turkey Cooperation Under The Framework Of “One Belt, One Road”

China's "Belt and Road" initiative,inheriting the cultural symbols with a long history,upholds the spirit of "peaceful cooperation,openness and inclusiveness,mutual learning,mutual benefit and win-win",is an important link to promote the prosperity and development of countries along the route Connected together to promote the development of connectivity in relevant regions.Turkey is an important part of the glory of the ancient Silk Road,and it is also one of the first countries to explicitly support the “Belt and Road” initiative.China and Turkey signed an understanding on the strategic alignment of the “Belt and Road” initiative with Turkey's “Middle Corridor” in 2015.memorandum.It has been seven years since the signing of the memorandum.In order to improve the deficiencies and continue to promote the cooperation between the two parties,it is reasonable to evaluate and analyze the effect of the cooperation between the two parties in all aspects.This paper firstly sorts out the cooperation between the two sides from the three stages before the establishment of diplomatic relations,after the establishment of diplomatic relations,and since the signing of the "Belt and Road" cooperation,and in the third stage,uses the "Five Links Index" to evaluate the cooperation effect under the "Belt and Road" framework.It is visualized in the form of data.Secondly,starting from the background of globalization,it briefly summarizes the characteristics of the era and world order in the world today,summarizes the identities of China and Turkey as large developing countries,emerging economies,and oceanic continental countries,and explains the identity of China and Turkey.The cooperation between the two countries is constantly deepening and it comes naturally.Then,through the analysis of the data,the article classified the indicators with higher scores and the indicators with lower scores according to their cooperation performance.However,there are shortcomings in policy communication and unimpeded trade,which still need to be strengthened.In addition,China-Turkey cooperation is also affected by the stability of Turkey's domestic political situation and uncertain factors in its foreign relations.Facing the opportunities and challenges in the cooperation under the "Belt and Road" framework,the bilateral relations and cooperation between China and Turkey have continued to move forward.The two sides have been cooperating closely and continuously in security cooperation and cultural exchanges.There is broad space and good prospects in policy docking,infrastructure cooperation,and economic and trade exchanges.In the future,China and Turkey should continue to pay attention to the negative factors that may have an impact on bilateral relations,and promote bilateral cooperation to overcome challenges and move forward.
