Research On Ways To Improve The Operation Quality And Efficiency Of The "Yu Kuai Ban" Platform

“Yu Kuai Ban” government affairs service platform,as a local e-government system of Chongqing to promote the reform of “Internet + Government Affairs Service”,is an important carrier for Chongqing to carry out the reform tasks of the party and the country.“Yu Kuai Ban” is a new way to promote the online management of government affairs in Chongqing.It is not the fundamental purpose of“Yu Kuai Ban” to realize the electronic handling of government affairs service items,the ultimate goal of its construction,popularization,use,adjustment and perfection is to make it more quick,efficient,comfortable,convenient and satisfying for enterprises and people to handle government affairs through the platform.In this paper,the author's work as the original starting point,based on the first-hand information obtained through enterprise research,questionnaire survey to the public and discussion with department staff,etc.,it is divided into 6 chapters to study the situation of “Yu Kuai Ban” platform since its official launch on November21,2018.While the platform has achieved remarkable results,it also has problems such as too much pursuit of network management rate,complex operation,unstable system,imperfect item template and inadequate publicity.The reasons mainly focus on the legacy of official standard thought,lack of motivation to reform,lack of overall thinking,over-emphasis on superficial achievements and neglect of the needs of specific groups.In view of the problems existing in the operation of the platform,this paper from docking national standards,make overall plans,ensure information security,realize information sharing,ensure the platform is stable and convenient to use and build a full-time,stable,high-quality staff,consider the needs of specific groups,do a good job of publicity and promotion to improve ideas to truly achieve its expectations.Due to the limitation of the depth,breadth and time limit of obtaining the related information of “Yu Kuai Ban”,there are some limitations in this paper.However,combined with the actual work of specific department and the first-hand information obtained through the actual investigation,the suggestions of adjusting,perfecting and optimizing the platform of “Yu Kuai Ban” still have some reference values.
