A Study On The Causes And Countermeasures Of Cambodian Women Suffering From Domestic Violenc

Women's domestic violence has always been a serious problem all over the world.The existence of domestic violence makes the victims suffer serious trauma both physically and psychologically.However,in 1985,the issue of women's domestic violence received real attention from the international community and relevant organizations.The status of Cambodian women has been low for a long time,and they do not receive enough respect and care.Domestic violence against women occurs more frequently in Cambodia.Although the Cambodian government also pays more attention to this issue and put forward relevant laws and provisions on the prevention of women's domestic violence as early as 2005,as well as specific measures and methods for women's rights protection,domestic violence still occurs frequently,and most domestic violence is physical violence and sexual violence.Most of the causes of domestic violence are related to the drinking of Cambodian men,and many men punch their wives after drinking.This study takes Cambodia's domestic violence as the research object,takes m community in Phnom Penh,Cambodia as the research subject,combs a large number of research literature through relevant platforms such as China knowledge network and Cambodia data network,and uses literature research method and comparative analysis method as the main research methods to analyze the domestic violence suffered by Cambodian women,This paper summarizes the current situation,causes and harmfulness of domestic violence in M community in Phnom Penh,Cambodia,and further analyzes the problems existing in M community in the prevention of domestic violence.Finally,combined with the current problems and deficiencies,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and prevention mechanisms,as well as the Countermeasures of women's self-help and rights protection,so as to further reduce the phenomenon of domestic violence and improve the degree of social civilization.The article holds that M community should carry out anti domestic violence publicity,change the concept of inequality between men and women,promote employment,realize equal rights between men and women,carry out psychological correction,establish family communication mechanism and punishment measures.Through the study of M community,it is proposed that the Cambodian government and local judicial organs should establish legislation related to domestic violence and increase the cost of criminal violation of domestic violence;In terms of social relief,m community should be committed to changing the public's traditional concept of domestic violence and establishing domestic violence archives.
