Chinese is the major course in primary and secondary school education,and the soil of students’ soul sublimation as well.It plays an irreplaceable role in the molding of students’ humanistic connotations,the cultivation of emotion and personality,and the construction of their outlook on life and values.Chinese teachers play a dominant and leading role in fulfilling the education mission,and Chinese teacher’s humanity attainment is directly related to the achieving the goal.However,due to the society,education system,teachers themselves,and many other reasons,the current Chinese teachers’ humanity attainment is not optimistic.Thus,to improve Chinese teacher’s humanity attainment effectively,efforts should make to update education notion,to adjust education policy,and to optimize social environment in the macro aspects,to construct humanistic cultivation system and mechanism,to set up qualifications and standards of incumbency at a medium level,and measures should take to form their noble personality and good moral,to perfect their humanities knowledge,and to sublimate their aesthetic consciousness and humanistic feelings at a micro level,only in this way can Chinese education truly take up the historic responsibility of Chinese cultural transmission and the cultivation of a new generation.
