In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of teachers' access system in primary and secondary schools,new teachers have shown a diversified trend.They are a special group in the teacher's team and are the youngest forces.At the beginning of their personal career,whether to adapt to the requirements of education and teaching or not will not only affect the individual's future professional level but also affect their entire career,which will influence the quality of the entire teacher's team.After defining the core concepts of trainee teachers and county class teachers training,this paper combs the research status of the trainee teachers training at home and abroad,and analyzes the present situation and issues of current trainee teachers training.On this basis,the "Interactive" trainee teachers training is constructed.It alsomakes a sound analysis and exposition of the training aims,contents,approaches and evaluation.A certain degree of innovation of the content in the professional perception and morality cultivation,classroom experience and teaching practice,class work and education experience,teaching research and professional development and other aspects have been made.Finally,the paper raised the mode of "interactive" trainee teachers training.In order to achieve the best results of training,the author makes recommendations which are based on thinking and practice: do research first and then determine the content;know the needs of trainee teachers and rich the training styles;get all sides together and create training ways;make trainee teachers participate in the training and do multiple assessments.Experimental results verify the validity of this "interactive" trainee teachers training.
