The teaching goal is the starting point and the end point of the teaching activities.It has the functions of guiding,adjusting and evaluating the classroom teaching activities.As the designer of each class goal,the teacher needs to carry out this work seriously.Studying the current situation and countermeasures of teaching goal design from the perspective of in-depth teaching,prompting teachers to deepen the design of teaching objectives,stimulating students' interest,emotion and thinking participation,promoting the common development of teachers and students,and realizing the theoretical significance and practice of classroom teaching goal design.This research is based on the related theories of in-depth teaching and teaching goal design,and takes the teachers of H Junior High School in Xinxiang City as the research object.Investigate the classroom teaching of junior high school teachers through questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,and investigate the understanding of the design of teaching objectives,the content of target design,the expression of target design and the implementation of target design,in order to understand the current situation of the design of teaching objectives in the perspective of in-depth teaching.The study finds that the problems existing in the teaching design of teachers in the perspective of in-depth teaching are mainly analyzed from the following four aspects:First of all,the teacher's awareness of the design of teaching objectives is weak,mainly reflected in the randomness of the design of classroom teaching objectives,and analysis of the awareness and degree of textbooks and student is shallow.Secondly,the content of the teacher's design teaching objectives is superficial,mainly in the following three aspects:emphasis on the design of knowledge and skill objectives,lack of hierarchy and difference in teaching objectives and insufficient integration of three-dimensional teaching objectives.Third,the expression of the teacher's teaching goal design is not standardized,mainly in the following two aspects:the expression of the teaching goal floats on the surface and The expression of the subject is confusing.Finally,the practice effect of teaching goal design is not good,mainly reflected in the fossilization of teaching goal design practice and the one-sided implementation.At the same time,this paper further analyzes the main reasons for the problems in the design of teaching objectives in the perspective of in-depth teaching:Teachers have not established the concept of knowledge under the pedagogical standpoint,unilaterally pursue the teaching objectives of knowledge and skills,neglect the deep design of classroom teaching objectives,lack the ability to process textbooks in depth,lack the ability to analyze students in depth and the time to design teaching goals is less.According to the problem and the reason,six countermeasures for optimizing the teaching goal design under the perspective of in-depth teaching are proposed:transforming teachers' teaching evaluation concepts;improving teachers' professional theoretical accomplishment;improving teachers' ability to dig deeper teaching materials;improving teachers' ability to analyze the student in depth;focusing on the design of deep teaching objectives;focusing on the presupposition and generation of teaching objectives.
