The curriculum objective of the 2017 edition of the General High School Physics Curriculum Standards is to cultivate students' core physical qualities including physical concepts,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,scientific attitudes and responsibilities.And core literacy,as a newly proposed educational goal,should continue to practice and cultivate students' core qualities.Therefore,this article will use the theory of physical core literacy as a basis to elaborate the strategies and methods for the design of teaching objectives.This helps teachers to design more scientific,reasonable and clear teaching objectives and solve the problems in the design of teaching objectives.This article focuses on the content of core qualities,physical core qualities,and teaching objectives.It also analyzes the relationship between core accomplishments and teaching objectives and proposes that physical classroom instructional goals should be oriented and based on physical core qualities while cultivating students' physical cores.Literacy also needs to be achieved through the completion of teaching goals.Therefore,the physics core accomplishment is not only the theoretical basis of the teaching goal,but also its ultimate goal.The two are interconnected and affect one another.By analyzing Bloom's classification theory of educational objectives and combining the characteristics of teaching objectives,this paper puts forward the relevant basis,principles,and value orientation of the physics classroom teaching goal design,and also innovatively discusses how to carry out core literacy.Specific Methods and Strategies for the Design of Physical Classroom Teaching Objectives.Including how to analyze the teaching target system and behavioral verbs in teaching objectives based on core literacy,and integrate the gerunds in teaching objectives through the two-dimensional table,and finally use the ABCD teaching goal expression method to express the scientific teaching goals..Based on core literacy,we design teaching goals for different types of classrooms:physical concepts,physical laws,physics experiments,and physics exercises.Case studies such as magnetic induction and physics in a typical physical concept lesson The conservation of mechanical energy in the law course,the relationship between the exploration work and the speed change in the physics experiment class,and the balance of the common points in the physical exercise class,and the different aspects of the physical core qualities that the students should achieve are also inconsistent.This analysis shows that designing teaching goals based on core literacy not only helps teachers to design more scientific and reasonable teaching goals,but also adapts to the new requirements of physics curriculum reform and development,continuously improves the students'core literacy,and cultivates all-round development people.
