For nearly four decades since the reform and opening up,private education has undergone something out of nothing,from small to large and from weak to strong.With the support of state policies,by the end of 2017 the number of private college has reached more than seven hundred,and almost two million students have been produced.Private higher education has gradually highlighted its development pattern difference in personnel training compared with public colleges.However,as the number rapidly increases,private college is standing the unprecedented ordeal in training quality improvement and so on.As the necessity of education process,teacher plays an essential part in private college.The loss of outstanding teachers has become a tough problem for today's private college.It will weaken the faulty stability and is bound to limit the development of the private college in the long run.This study,based on deep interview,summarizing predecessors' theory and questionnaire survey,aims to analyze the phenomenon of quit intention and reveal the influencing factor in N Private College chosen from Zhejiang province where private higher education is rapidly developed.Firstly,this study introduced the basic information of N Private College,analyzed the negative influence of constant teachers' quit intention,and tried to build an influencing factors model for the quit intention of N Private College.Secondly,data from interview and questionnaire survey were analyzed by taking the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to find out the main reasons why teachers chose to dropout or job-hopping.Finally,in respect of countermeasure research of quit intention in N Private College,this study put forward so quit intention me corresponding strategies,aiming to strengthen the theoretical support for the stability construction of teachers and promote the speed of human resource management development in private colleges.
