The problem of private school teachers' turnover is a serious issue which has limited the development of private education. Using some relative questionnaires, the study investigates the relations of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, occupational commitment and turnover intention, achieves the factors and constructs some models of influencing turnover intention of private school teachers.The results present:1. Occupational commitment and job satisfaction play a direct role on occupational turnover intention of teachers, of private schools in Hunan Province, while organizational commitment plays a indirect role.2. As far as the dimension is concerned, the Affective occupational commitment, normal occupational commitment and continuance occupational commitment are the most effective factors to the occupational turnover intention of private-school teachers in Hunan Province. The next is organizational ideal commitment and self-fulfillment satisfaction. And the other dimension affect it to some extend.3. Occupational turnover intention play a initial role in affect organizational turnover intention and then is the job satisfaction and organizational commitment.4. As for the dimensions of three variable, the affective organizational commitment is the first reason , then is the satisfaction of leadership, and then is the self-fulfillment satisfaction. There is no effect to organizational turnover intention of salary satisfaction and mate satisfaction.5. There are significant differences of organizationalturnover intention between teachers of private school in Hunan Province o'f different demographic variable sucK as, age, marriage condition, professional title, department, source, and etc.6.There are significant differences of occupational turnover intention between teachers of private school in Hunan Province of different demographic variable such as, age, marriage condition, professional title, department, and etc.
