Disabled people enjoy the same rights as healthy people,help them get jobs,urge them to better participate in employment,improve the social identity of disabled people,which has an important impact on building a harmonious and stable social atmosphere.In recent years,under the guidance and support of the government,the work of employment security for the disabled in Harbin has made some achievements by improving the awareness of the disabled and developing a multi-channel social support model.However,there are still many problems to be solved,such as: limited employment and resettlement capacity,unreasonable collection and use of security funds,etc.The solution of these problems is closely related to the government's policy support and guidance support.This paper starts from strengthening the sense of responsibility of the government,using literature research,data analysis and other methods,focusing on how the government can reasonably exercise its responsibility and undertake its obligations.By analyzing the experience and practice of developed cities at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Harbin City,this paper puts forward specific solutions and measures,in order to continuously improve the employment security of the disabled in Harbin City,and introduce it into the track of sustainable development.
