Language and writing are the most important communication tools and information carriers in human social life,and an important means of human cultural inheritance.Oral communication,as an important form of language output and written expression,runs through all aspects of life and is increasingly valued by all walks of life.For example,in the Chinese curriculum standards issued by the ministry of education,"listening and speaking" is changed to "oral communication",which is not only a change in the name,but also a leap in the education circle's cognition of mother tongue teaching.At the same time,all kinds of recruitment activities in the society are almost all involved in oral communication ability examination,such as the university independent recruitment examination,the introduction of high-level talents,etc.,the interview is the top priority.Obviously,personal oral communication competence is of great importance in today's society.From the perspective of Chinese curriculum,as a comprehensive and practical subject of language learning and application,it plays an important role in cultivating students' oral communication ability.With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,the core accomplishment of Chinese discipline has been expanded to the level of language construction and application,thinking development and improvement,aesthetic appreciation and creation,and cultural inheritance and understanding.Verbal communication competence is the concrete manifestation of language application and construction accomplishment.It is playing an increasingly important role in the new curriculum standards,and teachers and students at the present stage have clearly recognized the importance of oral communication.However,to be practical and realistic,teachers and students in middle schools only attach importance to oral communication,especially in high schools,where the problems of complex learning contents,limited teaching time and insufficient practical training seriously affect the cultivation of oral communication ability of high school students.Under the pressure of college entrance examination,the phenomenon of "a small proportion of students are tired of studying" often occurs,which leads to the deviation of oral communication teaching effect and the deficiency of students' actual communication ability.So,this selected topic,the author uses the questionnaire survey method,the structured observation method and interview method to study the "high school Chinese oral communication ability training strategy",aiming to fully understand the current teaching status of oral Chinese communicative competence in high schools,through in-depth research,find the practical problems in the cultivation process,and actively try to propose optimization strategies,in order to effectively cultivate the oral communication competence of high school students to make a small contribution.The full text is divided into five parts,the specific content is as follows:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the origin,concept definition and domestic and foreign research status of this research.On this basis,the research purpose,significance and methods of this research are clarified,and the research is grasped from a macro perspective.The second part,taking the practice school as an example,investigates the current situation of oral communication teaching in senior high school by questionnaire and interview.On this basis,attribution analysis is carried out to analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of oral communication ability in senior high school from two aspects:students and teachers.The third part mainly expounds Chinese high school students oral communication ability training strategy,this part is the full text of the main content,on the basis of the above teaching present situation investigation,combined with the typical lesson of high school Chinese oral communication ability optimization strategy is put forward,including the following five aspects,namely the system construction of oral communication,to develop oral communication content,way of sparking interest in oral communication,oral communication,build the evaluation system of oral communication.The fourth part mainly expounds the problems that should be paid attention to in the cultivation of high school students' oral communication ability in Chinese.This part points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the cultivation of oral communication ability from two aspects:classroom oral communication teaching and technology-driven oral communication.Finally,the conclusion,which emphasizes the realistic urgency of the cultivation of oral communication ability.Meanwhile,it explains the shortcomings of this study and hopes that colleagues can continue to explore and practice.
