With the continuous strengthening of economic globalization and the increasing trend of enterprise internationalization,international entrepreneurship has become an important measure for the sustainable development of enterprises,and it has become the focus of academic attention.International entrepreneurship activities are influenced by human resources and institutional environment.This paper studies the impact of human capital and institutional environment on women's international entrepreneurship.The innovation of this paper is that it conducts the research on women's international entrepreneurship,and conducts empirical research with large data using global samples,breaking through the international entrepreneurship research focusing only on developed countries.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant theories of international entrepreneurship,gender and entrepreneurship,gender theory and institutional environment: defines the connotation and dimensions of international entrepreneurship,human capital,institutional environment respectively.Human capital is divided into three dimensions: education level,knowledge,skills and experience,and opportunity perception.Institutional environment adopts Scott-regulatory institutional environment-cognitive institutional environment-normative institutional environment model.The influence of institutional environment and human capital on international entrepreneurship is discussed,and different gender is put forward accordingly.The difference of entrepreneurs' international entrepreneurship degree and hypotheses of institutional environment and human capital's influence on international entrepreneurship degree have established the theoretical research model of this paper.Secondly,the data sources used in this paper are explained.SPSS software is used to do correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypothesis and research model.The results show that there is no significant difference in the degree of international entrepreneurship between men and women.The general institutional environment and regulatory environment,cognitive environment and normative environment have significant positive effects on the degree of women's international entrepreneurship.Human capital and institutional environment have a significant positive impact on women's international entrepreneurship.Human capital,education level,experience skills and opportunity perception have no significant impact on women's international entrepreneurship.Finally,according to the conclusions of the study,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for international entrepreneurship activities from the aspects of institutional environment,training and acquisition of knowledge and skills,and summarizes the shortcomings of this study.
