Physical fitness training,as a more modern way of sports,is now widely used in sports training and physical education.With the development of China's healthy physical education curriculum model,the study of physical fitness training in primary and middle school physical education has become a hot topic of discussion.The elementary school stage is a key period for students to learn sports technology and develop physical fitness.Physical fitness training at this stage can enhance students'interest in physical education and effectively improve their physical fitness,but physical education training involves less physical training at this stage,so this article It mainly focuses on the study of physical training in the sixth grade of primary school.This article uses research methods such as literature method,experiment method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method.Through teaching experiments and comparison and analysis of the experimental results,understand the impact of physical training on the physical health and interest of primary school students in sixth grade,and then analyze the impact of physical training on primary school physical education,and finally conclude the primary school physical education Problems that should be paid attention to when carrying out physical training.The purpose of this study is to explore the practical value of physical fitness training in primary school physical education,and then expand primary school physical education methods.The findings are as follows:(1)In terms of physical function:there were extremely significant differences in heart rate and vital capacity tests before and after the experiment in the experimental class(P<0.01);there were no significant differences in heart rate and vital capacity tests before and after the experiment in the control class(P>0.05).(2)In terms of physical fitness test:before and after the experiment,there were extremely significant differences in 50-meter,one-minute skipping,seated forward flexion,sit-ups,and standing long jump performance tests(P<0.01);control class Before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference in the one-minute rope skipping test(P>0.05),and there were significant differences in the 50-meter,sitting forward bending,sit-ups,and standing long jump.(3)In terms of positive and negative interest in physical education:Before and after the experiment in the experimental class,there were extremely significant differences in the results of these two dimensions(P<0.01);there were no significant differences in the survey results(P>0.05).(4)In terms of sports participation and autonomous learning:before and after the experiment in the experimental class,there are extremely significant differences in the results of the two dimensions(P<0.01);before and after the experiment in the control class,there were significant differences in the survey results(P<0.05).Based on the results of this research,the author proposes the following:(1)The application of physical fitness training in primary school physical education needs to take a long time.Only by insisting on continuous physical training for a long time can we promote continuous and significant improvements in students'physical functions and motor skills.(2)The teaching content selected when applying physical fitness training in primary school physical education should be comprehensive and carefully designed.It is necessary to integrate physical health testing related items into physical education and give full play to the advantages of various projects to promote the effective improvement of students' physical fitness.(3)Continuously improve the evaluation mechanism of primary school physical education to promote the smooth development of physical fitness training.It is necessary to integrate students' physical indicators,sports learning interest and learning attitude into the entire teaching evaluation,so that such an evaluation mechanism will promote the improvement of physical education.(4)Comprehensively promote the physical training model in physical education.The author suggests that the teaching practice of physical fitness training should be carried out in all grades of junior high school,and the application scope of physical training should be determined in the process of continuously accumulating teaching experience,so as to promote the faster development of physical training.
