The Party and the State attach great importance to the physical health of children and adolescents in school sports,and the sports proposals of the two sessions in 2021include: "Physical education will gradually become a major subject,and physical education results may become an extra point for further education,etc.",This requires the school physical education must pay more attention to the development of students' physical quality.As one of the projects of the School Sports Federation,the "Fun Class Practice" has been promoted in the experimental teaching area.This study is based on the research of "fun classroom practice" teaching activities for 10-12 year old elementary school students,and through experimental research to discover the value of "fun classroom practice" in school sports,and explore the "fun classroom practice" and school sports The research is to explore the value of "fun classroom practice" in school sports,and to explore the integration path of "fun classroom practice" and school sports.First,to provide theoretical reference for the promotion of "fun class practice" in schools;second,it provides reference and new ideas for deepening and perfecting the organization form of PE classroom in primary and secondary schools and for the reform and development of classroom teaching.Research methods including literature review method,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,experiments and mathematical statistics were applied in this paper.A total of94 students from one and three classes were randomly selected as experimental subjects from six fifth grade classes of East Street Primary School in Lu Zhou District,Changzhi City.The two classes were randomly divided into an experimental class and a control class by means of lottery,in which 48 students in the experimental class were practiced in the fun class and 46 students in the control class were practiced in the traditional class;And the proportion of boys and girls student in the two classes is essentially the same.Through a 12-week experimental intervention,The experimental data of the two classes before and after the experiment were were counted and analysed,and the specific experimental test indexes were: 50-meter run;sitting forward bend;50-meter x8 round-trip run;quadrant jump;1-minute sit-up;and physical education learning interest scale.The following conclusions were drawn.(1)The use of "fun classroom practice" has better teaching effect in elementary school physical education classroom,and improves students' physical quality and interest in physical education more obviously.(2)The use of "fun classroom practice" can create a pleasant classroom environment,students can learn and exercise within the limited teaching time,and improve the relevant physical quality of students efficiently.(3)Using "fun classroom practice" to teach,attaching importance to the transfer phenomenon among physical qualities and taking advantage of the the sensitive period,can make the development of students' physical qualities more scientific and get twice the effect with half the effort.(4)The use of "fun classroom practice" not only enriches the classroom content of elementary school physical education,but also enhances students' interest in physical education and creates an active classroom atmosphere.
