Research purposes:At present, the improvement of negative psychology has always been the focus of researchers in the research on physical exercise and psychological effects. On the contrary, the importance of enhancing positive psychology is often ignored or marginalized.Fluency,as a positive psychological state, has been relatively mature in the application of competitive sports scenes, but rarely involved in the field of physical education.Emotion is an important factor that affects the quality of teaching.Students' fluent state experience in class helps to promote students' subjective well-being,stimulate students' interest in learning, enhance their self-confidence and improve their mental health. This paper attempts to use imagery training to interfere with the smooth state of ordinary female college students,to promote the appearance of the smooth state of ordinary female college students in sports classes, and to apply imagery training in sports teaching and carry out teaching experimental research.Research methods:This study uses the methods of literature review, scale measurement, experiment and mathematical statistics to study the flow state of ordinary female college students.95 ordinary female college students are tested with the Action Imagery Questionnaire-Revision and the revised Flow State Scale. The control group(using conventional teaching)and the experimental group(using imagery training)are set up for teaching experiments.SPSS23.0 software was used to make statistics on the test data of the two groups before and after the experiment to analyze the influence of imagery training on the fluency of ordinary female college students before and after the experiment. Results:There were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in the effects of "clear goals and clear feedback","skill challenge balance" and "concentrate on the current task"(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the effects of "action consciousness fusion"(p<0.01).In the experimental group;there were significant differences in the pre-test and post-test results of the "loss of self-consciousness" factor(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in the "sense of control" factor(p<0.001).There was no significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results of "experience enjoyed" and"change of time" factors in the experimental group(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in fluency between the control group and the experimental group(P<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Compared with conventional teaching, imagery training can more effectively promote the positive change of the fluency of ordinary female college students;(2)Compared with conventional teaching, appearance training can more effectively promote the positive change of "clear goals and clear feedback" of ordinary female college students;(3)Compared with conventional teaching, appearance training can more effectively promote the positive change of "self-consciousness loss"of ordinary female college students;(4)Compared with conventional teaching, appearance training can more effectively promote the positive change of the "balance of skills and challenges" of ordinary female college students;(5)Compared with conventional teaching, appearance training can more effectively promote the positive change of the "sense of control" of ordinary female college students;(6)Compared with conventional teaching, appearance training can more effectively promote the positive change of "action and consciousness integration" of ordinary female college students;(7)Compared with conventional teaching, appearance training can more effectively promote the positive change of "high concentration" of ordinary female college students.
