Different from basic education,higher education has strong particularity,whether it is teaching form or the frequency of contact between teachers and students,combined with the transformation of the whole society and culture,which makes the current teaching relationship in universities present a situation of weakening,unreasonable,or even "deformity ",which not only does not accord with the traditional virtues of teachers and students of the Chinese nation,but also is not conducive to the expression and exertion of the meaning of teaching connotation,and finally leads to problems such as teaching quality,efficiency,and contradiction between teachers and students.This paper takes the relationship between university teaching as the research content through the methods of literature review and induction.This study believes that the relationship between teaching is not only the teaching relationship between education and learning,but also the social relationship between teachers and students.It is a multi-relationship based on responsibility,morality,institution and emotion,which includes a series of ideological theories such as pedagogy,sociology and philosophy.Therefore,this study studies the relationship between university teaching from the perspectives of the relationship between education and learning and the relationship between teachers and students,and finds that there are some problems in the relationship between university teaching,such as the lack of communication,the utilitarianism of teaching relationship,the tendency of contradiction and the concept conflict of teaching relationship.The main causes of this teaching relationship are:the collision of contradictory values between transmission and demand,the difference of responsibility consciousness and the imbalance of emotional supply.Therefore,based on the intersubjectivity theory,Nell Noddings'caring theory,the other theory and Marx's communication theory,this study first puts forward the basic model of constructing the dialectical relationship of university teaching--the Taiwan body model,which emphasizes the interdependent state of the dialectical relationship between teachers and students.On the basis of this model,this paper puts forward an optimized model of university teaching relationship-football model.Its unique value reflects as follows:respecting the subject of educatees,giving play to the guiding role of educators,promoting the vertical development of both in the teaching relationship,building a long-term "teacher-friend relationship" and regulating the psychological health and ideological morality of students.In under the guidance of optimization model,building of university teaching relationship need to implement judgment,response,and emotional reflection four functions,embodied in:the judging function-to determine to build the foundation of the relationship between teaching and learning,the response function-in response to indicate the direction of the relationship between teaching and learning reflection function-to guide the improvement of the relationship between teaching and learning and emotional reflection function-to the sublimation of emotion shape the relationship between teaching and learning.
