Research purpose:To explore the dynamic characteristics of risk events of competitive training, culture and education, social adaptability and nutrition diet of young athletes in different stages, and to build a theoretical model of risk events of development of young athletes,so as to provide an effective tool for the establishment of early warning mechanism of development risks of young athletes.Research methods:In this study,57 adolescent athletes' risk events in six growth stages were taken as the research objects.By the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper makes a phased investigation and analysis of the risk events in the critical period of the development of young athletes(13-16 years old). The investigation lasted for three years, and was divided into six stages, with half a year as a cycle,to explore four types of risk events of 57 young athletes.Research results:A total of 2,382 risk events were recorded during the critical period of youth athlete development(13-16 years old).According to the frequency data of various risk events, cultural and educational risk events and social adaptation risk events occurred the most, reaching 530 and 586 times respectively. As the risk dimension of competitive training, sports injuries and sports diseases occurred 498 times and 393 times respectively.Nutritional dietary risk events occurred 375 times. From the perspective of the total number of risk events occurring in each age group during the growth process, the risk events of group A occurred for 444 times in total, and that of group B occurred for 442 times, while the frequency of risk events in group C,D,E and F was 387,377,321 and 411 times respectively.Research conclusion:1.The development index of young athletes is a specific standard to measure the development status of young athletes, which is used to reflect and evaluate the development efficiency of young athletes. From the perspective of comprehensive development level, the development of young athletes presents dynamic changes, and it is precisely because of the dynamic characteristics of development that lead to the risks accompanied in the career of athletes.2.In the critical period of the development of young athletes(13-16 years old),the situation of competitive training risks is severe. From the trend of various risk events, sports injuries show the dynamic trend of "many-less-more";sports diseases risks show the characteristics of "lasting" and "staged";and sports psychological fatigue shows the trend of "light-aggravating-severe-lightening".3.The overall culture and education risks in the development of young athletes show a dynamic trend of "few-more-less-more".4.Social adaptive risks are different from other three types of risk events, and its change shows a downward trend of "many-reduce-few".5.In the collaborative process between a series of external environment and its internal mechanism, nutrition and diet risks of young athletes show the trend of"many-few-more".6.The occurrence of risk events in the process of the dynamic development of young athletes is staged. The total amount of risk events and the types of risk events which are prior to occur in each stage of the growth of young athletes are different due to the age change of young athletes, the change of risk events shows the trend of"spoon".
