With the rapid development of science and technology,more and more people are paying attention to educational ways and means and educational games should come into being.Educational games are a branch of serious games.In a broad sense,all relaxed and happy learning processes are classified as educational games.In a narrow sense,educational games refer to games with specific rules and educational functions.With the progress of information technology,educational games can also be divided into traditional games that use real props to play games and electronic information games that use electronic information products to play games.Senior high school chemistry compulsory knowledge are more difficult than junior high school chemistry knowledge,which puts forward higher requirements for students' understanding ability and logical ability.Some teaching modes have disadvantages such as rigid teaching methods of teachers,single learning methods of students,low level of students' participation in the classroom,etc.,resulting in some students decreased interest in chemistry learning and insufficient learning motivation.According to the results of this research,educational games can display boring knowledge in interesting forms,and help students to enhance their interest,understand knowledge and daub brilliant colors on knowledge by borrowing specific rules and pictures of the game.The thesis includes the following five parts:Part ?:Introduction.First of all,the research background is expounded and the problems existing in teaching activities are found.Secondly,it studies the current research situation and application trend of educational games at home and abroad.Finally,according to previous studies,combined with their own understanding,the research significance,research content and research methods of this paper are clarified.Part ?:Definition of game-related concepts and theoretical introduction to support game application in teaching.Through collecting and consulting a large number of documents and materials,the core concepts of this study,"educational games" and "game teaching" are defined,thus determining the theoretical direction of this study.Finally,the research is based on the theories of entertaining teaching,constructivism,multiple intelligence and experiential teaching for further study.Part ?:Investigating the situation of students and the actual application of educational games before teaching practice.The data of students' attitudes to chemistry,games,and cognition of educational games are obtained through questionnaire survey.To analyze the students expect the functions of educational games,the implementation methods of educational games,and the expectation direction of educational game preferences.The fourth part:according to the results of the third part,design the case of educational games in high school chemistry teaching.According to the application form and functional significance of educational games,three teaching cases have been compiled for this study from three aspects:the introduction of educational games into classroom teaching,the promotion of students' conceptual cognition in educational games,and the review of chemistry knowledge by educational games.They are:the introduction of "garbage classification game" into classroom teaching case 1 "classification of substances",the penetration of "Sokobond" to promote students' conceptual cognition case 2"covalent bonds in chemical bonds",the addition of "chemical gas station" to review and memorize chemistry knowledge case 3 "review of redox reactions",and the practice of these three teaching cases in high school chemistry teaching.The fifth part:conclusion and prospect.The conclusion of this paper is that students like chemistry education games,but few people take part in it.Students hope that education games can appear in the form of classroom assistance,improve their academic performance,and prefer games with independent world outlook.After the application of educational games,students' chemistry learning attitude,chemistry classroom atmosphere and chemistry knowledge have been improved to varying degrees.The innovation of this research lies in starting from the educational games of electronic information,obtaining students' expectation for the educational games in the actual investigation,designing the educational games of electronic information in the chemistry class of high school,and designing the teaching cases of "classification of substances","covalent bond in chemical bonds" and"review course of redox reaction",so as to provide reference for chemistry teachers of high school.
