| As one of the most important physical qualities of basketball players,agility should be paid more attention to in the youth.After experiments at home and abroad,it is concluded that ankle training can improve the sensitivity,but the action used is a single direction of ankle training,whether multi-directional ankle training can improve the sensitivity,and which one of the two kinds of ankle training is better,there is no clear conclusion.Based on these two problems,this paper draws a conclusion through comparative experiments,which provides a certain training theory and practice basis for high school men’s basketball players’ sensitive quality training.In this paper,literature review method,experimental method,data statistics method,through the summary of previous ankle training methods to design the experimental program.And according to the established research conclusion,select the sensitive quality test method to test.16 basketball players above the level of level2 were selected from the men’s basketball team of Cangzhou No.2 middle school as subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups for multi-directional and single direction ankle training.Before the experiment,the sensitive quality was tested and the data was recorded.After 12 weeks of experiment,the data were collected.Then using the data analysis method,according to the content of this experiment and the principle of statistics,the independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test are selected to test.The results were as follows:(1)the results of vertical and horizontal support,quadrant jump,box type movement test and dribbling around the bar test in the control group were significantly improved or very significantly improved(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01)compared with those before the experiment;(2)the results of vertical and horizontal support,Illinois running,quadrant jump,box type movement test and dribbling around the bar test in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment(3)the test scores of Illinois running and quadrant jumping in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);(4)the growth rate of the test scores in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:(1)12 weeks of one-way ankle training can improve the general agility of high school men’s basketball players in the ability to change movement and flexible movement,and also can improve the sensitivity of basketball.(2)The 12 week multi-directional ankle training can improve the ability of changing direction,changing movement and flexible movement in the general sensitive quality of high school men’s basketball players,and also can improve the specific sensitive quality of basketball.(3)Through the comparison of single direction ankle training and multi direction ankle training,it is concluded that multi direction ankle training is better than single direction ankle training in improving the sensitivity of high school men’s basketball players. |
