To improve the quality of higher education,we should focus on the improvement of students' learning quality.The growth and development of excellent students must be inseparable from the investment of learning time.Time,as a social factor,plays an important role in the learning and improving process of undergraduates.From the perspective of time sociology,this study explores how social time affects the time cognition and time behavior of excellent undergraduates,and then summarizes the social time behavior mode of excellent undergraduates,trying to put forward micro policy suggestions for the practical research of social time theory and the early identification and cultivation of excellent undergraduates.This study uses qualitative research methods to explain the social time behavior and the concept of social time behind the escort students as a kind of representative of Excellent Undergraduates through in-depth interviews.It is found that the social time cognition of the excellent undergraduates is influenced by the qualitative and quantitative social time attributes.In the qualitative social time attribute,the time linearity urges the excellent undergraduates to adjust their time behaviors to adapt to the time system of the higher education stage,and at the same time,the circularity of the qualitative social time is used to suppress the fear of linearity.Social time,as the quantity of order,resources and system,corresponds to its characteristics of instrumentality,value and power.The requirement of social time synchronization has given birth to the invention and appearance of clock time,and has produced the instrumental characteristics of time.Clock time is gradually linked with commodity and currency images,and has generated value attributes,which urges Excellent Undergraduates to use and invest their own time purposefully and selectively,in order to obtain some desired return.While the value of time leads to the power of time,excellent undergraduates can actively use the"rhythm of collective life" of institutional time and the "overlapping time frame" of interactive time to reasonably arrange their own time while complying with the power of institutional time and interactive time.The social time behavior mode of excellent undergraduates can be summarized as follows:Taking the linear and scarce value of time as the guide,complying with the requirements of social time system and clock time order,actively using the circularity,instrumentality,exchange value and power of social time,actively managing self time by reasonably allocating time quantity,improving time use efficiency,arranging time weight order,etc.In order to make extraordinary efforts in time behavior and achieve self future requirements under the linear understanding of time.It is purposeful and reflective,regular and methodological,as well as initiative and locomotive.According to the social time behavior mode of the excellent undergraduates,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the undergraduates to grow up and use their time:we can strengthen the social time awareness of the students in the higher education section by strengthening the time consciousness in the future and valuing the value of time,we can also improve their society by cultivating the ability of the students in the higher education stage to effectively use the time tools and moderately strengthening the time power time behavior.
