Time can be managed, and it is possible to have time. In four years of college time, college students should be known to manage time, time management of university students, what are the problems, the ability of time management how to improve is to pay attention to time management. Need to research in this area based in time management theory and under the guidance of the contemporary about Chinese college students, the management of time, reality, there are problems as well as improved measures for overall reflection, but also by the empirical method of science, many problems are in-depth to exploration and research.Through empirical analysis, questionnaires, field interviews and analysis of induction summed up the current college students in time management problems, and in accordance with the findings of the solution of practical significance. Designed to try to carry out systematic research on college students, time management skills training and upgrading, to provide a strong basis for college students to enhance time management skills, and puts forward countermeasures to help students form an effective time management behavior.First of all, based on home and abroad applied psychology, educational psychology, management science, sociology and other fields on time management research theory to discuss the topic of college students’time management and research significance.Secondly, Recalling the history of the theory of time management, the evolution process on the four theoretical models of time management are discussed in detail the memorandum theory proposed by Stephen covey, schedule theory, priority theory, the compass theory these four time management theory. In the time management theory as the theoretical foundation of the college students’time management on the necessity to improve the status of students’ time management.Then, regards a special group of college students as a research object, the use of questionnaires and informal interviews with the current status of the students’time management survey and data analysis. According to the survey data, interview results to analyze many problems in college students’time management. Use of educational psychology, management science, sociology theory, to study college students’time management problems, referring to eight behavors as following:lack of time management value, respectively, from the concept of time is weak; the goal is not clear; are not good at planning time, irrational allocation of time, lack of self the low efficiency of the implementation phase; poor learning, and living habits; lack of time management skills and career planning is not clear specifically addressed.Finally, according to college students, eight time management, respectively, there are eight guidance measures to improve the ability of time management:enhance the concept of time; set goals; and rational planning, scientific allocation of time; the individual will strengthen and improve the utilization of personal time, develop good study habits; time management management skills in career planning to propose countermeasures. What has said above is important to enhance every college students, time management skills.
