With the development of the times,the knowledge of probability and statistics is becoming more and more important.Probability and statistics have become one of the four main lines which are parallel with function,geometry and algebra,mathematical modeling activities and exploration activities in the general high school mathematics curriculum standard(2017 Edition).In the guiding opinions of the Ministry of education on the implementation of new curriculum and teaching materials for senior high schools issued by the Ministry of education in August 2018,it is required that by the autumn of 2022,new teaching materials have been used in all provinces and cities across the country.At present,under the guidance of the new curriculum concept,the new edition a of senior high school mathematics teaching materials has been published.In the new teaching materials,there are great changes in probability and statistics,changes in curriculum concept,deletion,addition and adjustment of knowledge content,etc.In order to carry out the teaching smoothly and normally,and to achieve the goal of education,it is necessary to study and analyze the probability and statistics part of the new textbook.In order to better understand the content of probability and statistics in the new textbook,and to provide the front-line teachers with reference teaching suggestions for using the new textbook.This paper mainly aims to answer the following three questions:In view of the urgent problems that are directly related to the implementation of the new textbooks,this paper studies the new and old curriculum standards,analyzes the new and old textbooks,investigates the current situation of probability and statistics learning in senior high school,and answers the following three questions:(1)a comparative study and analysis of the compulsory part of probability and statistics of the new and old textbooks of human education version a,what are their changes and characteristics?(2)What is the current situation of students' probability and statistics learning?What are the problems?(3)Based on the characteristics and changes of the new textbook,how can teachers use the new textbook to teach probability and statistics and improve students'learning?In view of the problem(1),this paper first uses the previous research results to make a comparative analysis of the new and old curriculum standards.Then on this basis,by collecting and reading a large number of comparative literature of teaching materials,on the basis of previous studies,combined with research issues,the comparative framework of teaching materials in this paper is established.The comparative framework is divided into macro and micro levels.The macro level involves the basic information of teaching materials,column style,content selection and arrangement order.The micro level includes content depth and width,chapter introduction,There are four kinds of teaching material content organization and presentation case comparison,and the difficulty of example comparison.Through comparative study,it is found that the new textbook uses more colors and more bright and warm colors when printing;the new textbook meets the requirements of the new curriculum standard in terms of knowledge point selection,and the content selection fits the development of the times;in terms of knowledge arrangement sequence,the new textbook still collects data in accordance with the old teaching materials? arranges description data?analyzes data,and obtains conclusions"statistical activity clues However,the arrangement order of probability part is quite different from that of the old textbook;the new textbook increases the breadth and depth of probability and statistics part,presenting more "narrow and deep" characteristics,meeting the requirements of depth increase in the new curriculum standard;the chapter introduction of probability and statistics in the new textbook pays attention to the connection between probability and statistics;the new textbook closely focuses on the data analysis process and mathematical modeling The activity arrangement of the process not only focuses on the presentation of knowledge,but also on the application of knowledge,which is more conducive to the cultivation of students' data analysis literacy and mathematical modeling literacy.In addition,the knowledge content of the new textbook is more related to the examples,and the difficulty span is smaller,but the examples of the new textbook are more difficult.Combined with the above research results,seven changes and characteristics of probability and statistics content in the new textbook are summarized.In view of the second question,the author investigated the learning status of students' probability and statistical content through the questionnaire.The survey found that most of the students can recognize the value of probability and statistics knowledge,but their interest in learning probability and statistics is not high,and some students have difficulties in learning probability and statistics.The cognitive level of students in probability and statistical content can basically meet the requirements of curriculum standard,and the cognitive level of students in classical probability and statistical chart is the best,but the cognitive level of students in probability frequency significance and event independence is low.Finally,according to the results of the comparison of teaching materials and the current situation of students' learning,it is proposed that teachers should grasp seven teaching strategies of probability and statistical content and design of teaching activities from the overall perspective,and make an answer to question(3).I hope that through the answers to the above three questions,it can help teachers improve their understanding and interpretation of the probability and statistical content of the new textbook,use the new textbook faster and better,and carry out high-quality teaching of probability and statistics.
