| With the expansion of the pilot work of "upgrading from secondary vocational school to higher vocational school" in Guangxi,the number of undergraduates from secondary vocational school continues to increase.As a special group of college students,those studentswill question their abilities because of their negative academic self-concepts,the maladjustment after the change of learning environment and the frustrations caused by many reasons such as family environment.When they encounter learning difficulties,they are apt to generate inferiority and negative flinch,And then it develops into learning-weariness behavior,which brings great pressure to the education and student management of colleges and universities,and is not conducive to its growth and development.In this study,qualitative research method is used to select a student who is tired of learning in W University as a case,and relevant data are collected through observation and interview.Through understanding the old narrative of the case owner,from the self narrative of the case owner,this paper discusses the dominance of the mainstream narrative on him,and analyzes the reasons for his weariness of learning.Based on the theory of narrative therapy,it is divided into four steps to intervene:Problem externalization,deconstruction,reconstruction,consolidation.First of all,this paper try to externalize the problem of leaning-weariness of the case owner,guide the case owner to personify the weariness of study and help the case owner to separate the weariness of study from the individual.Secondly,it attempts to deconstruct and help the case owner to recall the previous successful experience.As the breakthrough point of exceptional events,the case owner is guided to experience the positive experience hidden in this experience,find the unique results and finally form a unique description.Thirdly,it gives a trial to reconstruct,and explore the significance of the feeder story with the case owner,and then develop the action blueprint and meaning blueprint,and sublimate the new narrative.Finally,it will conduct consolidation.Through the testimony of the external witnesses and important others’,the rewritten case owner returns to real life again and further consolidates the self narrative to solve the problem of weariness of learning of the case owner in the end.Through the research,the author draws the following conclusions: first of all,the weariness of the case owner is caused by the influence of the mainstream discourse right around him,not the real will of the case owner.Through the deconstruction of the old narrative and listening to the voice of the subject who wants to change,this thesis tries to look for the unique result thatthe subject is not under the control of the problem,find the neglected ability of the subject,assist the subject to become a brave man with the brand-new,positive self-awareness and cognitive change,and finally improve the initiative of the subject in order to solve the problem of learning weariness.Secondly,narrative therapy emphasizes unstructuring,which brings great difficulties to beginners.The study experience of the case owner,the particularity of interpersonal relationship,as well as the expression ability and comprehension ability of the case owner will challenge the implementation of narrative therapy.Therefore,social workers should be careful and patient enough to find valuable information to ensure the effects of treatment while conducting therapy and intervention. |
