Research On Workshop Teaching Mode

In recent years, middle vocational education has been developing rapidly in Inner Mongolia. However, the educational ideas, the quality of education, and the orientation of talent cultivation have lagged behind the needs of social development. Carrying out workshop teaching reform is the effective solution to the deviation of classroom teaching and social practice. Only in view of the need of regional market, characteristics of source of students, teaching conditions and so on if we can operate this kind of teaching mode effectively. Based on adequate field investigation, the thesis analyzes the status quo of basis teaching of art ﹠ design major of middle vocational education from aspects of source of students’ conditions, needs of regional talents, teaching conditions, teaching modes and so on. It reveals that the problems of basis teaching in new times such as the connection of teaching orientation and the market need, adaptation of teaching contents and the needs of students’ skills, connection of basis teaching and other technical curriculum, reform or innovation of teaching organization form, etc. Above all, it demonstrates the necessity and availability of workshop talents cultivation mode. From the aspect of exploration on curriculum reform and teaching practice, the thesis introduces that the teaching characteristics of the teaching mode, including the changes of teaching concept, teaching organization form, the need of teaching condition, and reform of teaching methods, etc. Especially, it tells about application of the teaching mode in basis teaching of art ﹠ design major of middle vocational education in our region. At last, the thesis discuss and analyze on the problems existed commonly in this teaching mode and gives the constructive solution to it.
