As a necessary ability in social communication and life,public speaking has been valued both in the west and in the east since ancient times.This is especially true in modern society.Chinese course is the most effective and convenient way to cultivate the ability of speech.Many classical speech words are selected into the Chinese textbook and many activities are set up to cultivate the students'ability of speech.However,due to many reasons,the author finds that the teaching of speech words in Chinese textbooks is not taken seriously in middle schools.It is worth noting that the topic related to speech appeared in the Chinese paper of the national college entrance examination in 2019,which made teachers and students pay attention to the teaching of speech words.This paper is mainly composed of four chapters:The first chapter is the research on the concept of speech words in middle school.There are so many ways of calling speeches,and they are written differently in different versions of textbooks,that there is no consensus in the academic community.Therefore,the author starts with the concept of speech,consulting relevant literature and sorting it out.On this basis,the author analyzes the concepts of "speech words" and "speech words".Think speech is a comprehensive style.The second chapter is the research on the teaching materials of speech words in middle school.The author of the junior middle school textbooks is the unified edition,the senior high school textbooks version of many,the author chose the current use of the largest number of people version of Chinese.On this basis,the paper analyzes the unit guide,text,notes after class and exercises after class,as well as the writing and oral communication activities in the textbook,and explores the advantages and disadvantages of the compilation of the textbook.The third chapter is the research on the teaching status of speech words in middle school.By means of questionnaire and interview,the author investigated the teaching status of speech words in middle schools,and found two problems:first,in the aspect of teachers,the way to collect knowledge about speech words needs to be improved,and the teaching hours of speech words are unreasonable.Second,the students,mainly manifested in the students' learning interest in speech words is not high,students' speech ability is not high.The fourth chapter is the presentation of the teaching strategy and teaching design of speech words in middle school.The main teaching strategies are closely related to the context,to establish the basis of speech word learning,and to focus on the style.Emphasizing the characteristics of speech words and relying on the text;Analyze the language of speech words,pay attention to the reading method,and experience the emotion of speech words.In addition,the author applies the teaching strategy to the practice and carries on the teaching design of the speech words.
