Since the promulgation of the Outline for the Construction of a Powerful Country in Sports in 2019,the sports industry has developed rapidly,and national fitness is more accessible,convenient and popular.The development of many sports companies has also ushered in a period of greater strategic opportunities.Based on the theory of corporate strategic management,this paper takes WIKA Sports Co.,Ltd.as a case,and makes full use of strategic tools such as PEST and Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the company's strategic environment,thereby formulating WIKA Sports' competitive strategy.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)The external environment of WIKA Sports Company is improving.The original sports industry development pattern with public stadiums as the main body is undergoing development and transformation.A series of gradually improving sports industry policies and SME support development policies have been introduced successively.The overall national industry The scale of development has steadily increased.(2)After undergoing the early stages of cooperating with real estate companies in leasing venues to carry out sports business activities in the early stages of rapid development and development,WIKA Sports has now entered WIKA Sports Park,WIKA Sports Training Center and WIKA.In the stage of operating high-quality assets with outdoor as the main body,the internal environment gradually improved.(3)The selection of WIKA Sports' competitive strategy is divided into three stages.The first stage is the stage of cost leadership?agglomeration competition strategy.From 2008 to 2014,WIKA Sports Co.,Ltd.guided the idea of cost-leading strategy,supplemented the aggregation strategy with low prices,and focused on youth sports training with swimming and football events as breakthrough points.The second stage is mainly based on cost-leading strategy supplemented by the stage of differentiation and aggregation strategy.During the period of 2015-2018,WIKA Company focused on the management of stadiums and gradually formed a sports company focusing on the management of stadiums,including event planning and organization of sports facilities.The third stage is based on the differentiation strategy,supplemented by the low price and aggregation strategy.Since entering 2019,the company has taken brand differences and service differences as its core,and strives to build a modern sports enterprise.(4)The competition strategy of WIKA Sports Company is mainly based on differentiated competition strategies,which are specifically represented by brand differences and service differences.In terms of strategic guarantee,it starts with products to strengthen differentiated competitive advantages;strengthen cooperation with government projects to establish Brand influence,expanding corporate financing channels,taking a joint development path,and improving overall service quality.
