One of the most important reasons for the backwardness of rural economic development is the backwardness of basic education.Basic education reform curriculum reform and quality education has been implemented for many years.Although the hardware facilities of rural schools in changbai Korean autonomous county have been greatly improved,the development of basic education is still lagging behind,which is directly related to the current situation of rural school teachers in changbai Korean autonomous county.Changbai Korean autonomous county is one of the most remote poor and minority autonomous counties in jilin province.The income level and development status of rural teachers is a representative proof.Taking jilin province changbai Korean autonomous county,rural middle school history teachers team construction as the breakthrough point,first explains the reason of selected topic,the problem of the current research situation,select this topic the significance,purpose and related research methods,and illustrates the innovations and shortcomings,and pointed out the changbai Korean autonomous county,the rural history teachers selected as investigation object.The following investigation and analysis of the current situation of the history teachers in rural junior middle schools in changbai Korean autonomous county shows that there are several problems: the salary of the local teachers is relatively low,the objective working environment is poor,and the teaching hours of history classes are relatively few.These problems lead to the low enthusiasm of history teachers in classroom teaching,making students unwilling to learn history,and the teaching quality cannot keep up with the requirements of teaching objectives.In addition to the objective reasons,there are also some subjective reasons,such as the unreasonable structure of history teachers in rural middle schools,most of whom are non-history majors,and poor professional history teaching.The reasons for the problems are various,such as:the education department's neglect of history,teachers' lack of self-improvement and progress awareness,students' lack of understanding and understanding of history,whichdirectly or indirectly lead to the awkward status and difficult situation of history.In view of the existing problems and causes,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: to improve the professional quality and related skills of rural history teachers;Improve the management mechanism of history teachers;Strengthen team building;Perfecting the training mechanism of history teachers;Give full play to government functions to promote the advancement and development of history teaching in rural middle schools.
