Junior high school history teacher professional quality refers to the junior middle school history teachers as professionals have the basic quality,and in the junior middle school history education reform under the background of new accomplishment of junior high school history teacher professional quality directly affects the junior middle school history classroom teaching efficiency,is the key to enhance the level of junior middle school history teaching.Starting in 2001,China has carried out a new round of basic education curriculum reform,On the basis of summarizing the ten-year curriculum reform,Issued compulsory education history curriculum standards(2011 edition).On the one hand,junior middle school history teachers are required to change and innovate their teaching methods;On the other hand,junior high school history teachers are required to improve their professional quality in history.After years of efforts,the professional quality of junior middle school history teachers has been improved to a certain extent.However,under the two new backgrounds that the core quality of history discipline has been formally written into the history curriculum standard of ordinary senior high school(2017 edition)and the junior middle school history textbook published in the fall 2017 edition is widely used in the whole country,there are also a series of new challenges.Starting from the actual situation of Yanggu County,this paper investigates the professional quality of history teachers in Yanggu county junior high school.The main problems of the professional quality of history teachers in Yanggu County are that the professional knowledge and quality of history needs to be deepened,the professional ability and quality of history needs to be improved,and the emotional quality of history needs to be changed.Based on the actual situation of Yanggu County and the experience of other regions,the author puts forward some Suggestions for improving the professional quality of history teachers in Yanggu County.Second,to enhance the professional ability of junior high school history teachers;Third,the construction of a good management system through investigation and research hope to improve the Yanggu County junior middle school history teachers teaching help.The research on the current situation of the professional quality of junior middle school history teachers in Yanggu County can also reflect the professional quality of junior middle school history teachers in other counties to a certain extent,thus providing certain theoretical reference for the research on the professional quality of junior middle school history teachers in the new background.
