Research On The Cultivation Of Teaching Practical Ability Of Students Majoring In Primary Education In S University

In the era of knowledge economy,higher education has entered a new era of rapid change.In order to meet the increasingly diversified needs of society for talents,it is particularly important for talent training institutions,especially colleges and universities,to play their functions in the field of higher education.In order to meet the needs of social development and employment market,the application of talents,hands-on practice and operation ability are necessary qualities.Therefore,colleges and universities must vigorously strengthen the training of applied talents and pay more attention to the training and promotion of the practical ability of current college students.However,at present,many colleges and universities pay too much attention to the training of knowledge and ignore the cultivation of ability to a certain extent in the process of personnel training,which leads to a lot of big colleges and universities.The lack of practical ability of students has become an urgent problem to be solved in higher education.In view of this,the author takes the primary education specialty of S University as an example,deeply analyzes the present situation,problems and reasons of the students majoring in primary education in S University,and probes into the path of cultivating the practical ability of the college students,in order to provide some enlightenment and reference for strengthening the cultivation of the practical ability of the college students at present.The main content of this paper is divided into the following four parts.1.The concept of practical ability and related theories are studied.Through the research and analysis of the related concepts and training significance of practical ability,this paper lays a theoretical foundation for the following empirical research.2.A study on the present situation of the cultivation of practical ability of students majoring in primary education in S University.This part is mainly elaborated through the general situation of the system,the practice situation and the resource guarantee mechanism of the practice ability training of the primary education major in S University.3.A study on the problems and causes of the cultivation of practical ability of students majoring in Primary Education in S University.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the cultivation of practical ability of primary school education students in S University,such as insufficient basic teaching skills,insufficient applied normal teaching ability,weak developmental practical operation ability and so on.Through the research and analysis,it is found that the main reasons for these problems are the unreasonable curriculum design of primary education specialty in S University.There is a shortage of double-qualified teachers,insufficient teaching arrangements and practical resources,and regulations on the cultivation of practical ability in schools.The degree is not perfect,etc.4.Aiming at the problem of cultivating professional practical ability of primary school educators in S University,this paper puts forward some corresponding solutions.First of all,to promote the optimization of curriculum;secondly,to strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers;thirdly,to arrange teaching resources reasonably;finally,to establish and improve the rules and regulations.
