Research On The Integration Mechanism Of Two Types Of Classrooms In Jiangsu Health Vocational College Under The "big Ideological And Political" Pattern

At the end of 2016,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the opinions on strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the new situation,and held the National Conference on Ideological and political work in colleges and universities for the first time in history,this marks the national colleges and universities "ideological and political" strategic positioning and the formal establishment of the working pattern.General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the meeting,standing at the strategic height of the party's overall governance and profoundly grasping the laws of ideological and political education,the laws of teaching and educating people,and the laws of students' growth and talents,answering the fundamental questions of who colleges train,how they train people,and for whom,it fully shows that the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core attaches great importance to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities and that the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities is of special importance and practical urgency.The pattern of "big thought and politics" can be divided into two classes,the first class and the second class.The first classroom is the main channel for theideological and Political Education of college students,and the second classroom is the main position for the ideological and political education of college students.The two classrooms promote and complement each other,and one can not be dispensed with without the other.Only when they are fully integrated can a cooperative educational mechanism be formed,to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.However,as far as the actual situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is concerned,there is no fusion mechanism for the two classes to work together to educate people.Therefore,the study of the fusion mechanism of the two classes is of great importance to the effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,it is of great practical significance to promote the ideological and political education of college students.Based on the actual situation of the first classroom and the second classroom in Jiangsu Health and Health Vocational College under the pattern of "big thought and politics",and on the basis of systematizing the knowledge of the first classroom and the second classroom,and combining the work practice,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the integration of the first classroom and the second classroom in Jiangsu Health and Health Vocational College,and studies the existing problems,and advances some optimized countermeasures and suggestions.The main body of the article is divided into six parts: thefirst part introduces the core concept and basic theory.The core concept includes the pattern of "big thought and politics",the connotation and characteristics of the two classes and the fusion mechanism.The basic theory includes social interaction theory,inter-subjectivity Theory and law theory of ideological and Political Education.The second part,this paper analyzes the present situation of the integration mechanism of the two classes in Jiangsu Health and Health Vocational College under the pattern of "big thoughts and politics" from the aspects of teachers,education content,education carrier,Evaluation Standard and service guarantee.The third part,elaborated "big thought politics" pattern under Jiangsu Health and Health Vocational College two kinds of classroom fusion mechanism existence question.The fourth part briefly describes the integration mechanism of the two classes in relevant universities.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the integration mechanism of the two classes in Jiangsu Health and Health Vocational College.From the perspective of public administration,this paper provides a theoretical basis and practical suggestions for the full integration of the two classes and the optimization of the integration mechanism in Jiangsu Health and Health Vocational College,the conclusions of the study can also provide useful reference for other colleges and universities,especially for higher vocational colleges to carry out ideological and political education.
