| With the development of reform in chemistry in senior high school,the learning ability of student and the teaching methods of teachers have been improved.However,advanced scientific theories have not been fully used in classroom teaching due to some reasons.Classroom teaching is almost the same as it used to be.Teachers usually pay more attention to teaching than to developing student’ ability,to learning than to learn,to forms than to contents,to result than to process,to marks than to problems,and teachers tend to ask students to behave according to the same school rule rather than according to their personalities.Therefore,to make the reform develop more deeply,efficiently and continuously,it is high time that the teaching methods most teachers used now should be improved and so do teachers’ thoughts.To solve these problems and seek a suitable method,Jining High School Affiliated to Beijing normal University began to use “learning while thinking pattern” in classroom teaching since 2014.“ Learning while Thinking Pattern” is a kind of class where teachers and students learn and think in turns.At the same time,teachers influence their students with their personality and knowledge.Based on current situation of school curriculum reform,the practice of“Learning while Thinking Pattern” in chemistry in senior high school as thefocus,using the method of literature to systematically summarize the development of similar teaching methods and their strengths and weakness at home and abroad.On the basis of the new standard chemistry in senior high school,Deway’s philosophy of education,Piaget and Vygotsky ’s theory of constructivism,Bruner’s cognitive discovery learning theory,the meaning,characteristics and implementation principles of “Learning while Thinking Pattern” is stated.Taking the four different kinds of class pattern as examples in Book in senior high school,the author introduces how to use“Guided Learning Plan” to practice “Learning while Thinking Pattern”.Two classes(class 12 and 16)of the same level in Jining High School Affiliated to Beijing normal University were chosen as participants to carry out the experiment for a term.In class 12,the teacher use “Learning while Thinking Pattern”,while in class 16,the teacher use traditional teaching method.A term later,the questionnaires,the average scores of three examinations,the score distribution and how the students performed in subjective problems is analyzed.With the application of “Learning While Thinking Pattern”,the students became more active and competitive in class,and their marks have been improved greatly.On the other hand,the “Learning While Thinking Pattern” enables teachers to change their teaching concepts and methods to promote teachers’ professional quality and to accelerate the growth of young teachers.In order to improve teachers’ teaching ability and the efficiency of“Learning while Thinking Pattern”,the author also analyzed the problems arising from the implementation of “Learning while Thinking Pattern” and gave corresponding suggestions,which is helpful to promote the development of reference and theoretical basis for the further development of “Learning while Thinking Pattern”. |
