A Study On The Application Of School Social Work Into Private College Employment Guidance

In recent years,the number of graduates has increased in China due to the enrollment expansion policy of colleges and universities,the employment situation has become increasingly severe,and the employment pressure of college graduates has also increased.Because private colleges and universities are in a weak spot in China's higher education system,there are deficiencies in resource acquisition and social recognition.Compared with public college graduates,the employment pressure of private college graduates is particularly prominent.From the analysis of the employment situation of college students in recent years,there are many factors to form the complexity of the employment situation of college graduates,which also determines that the employment guidance of colleges and universities can't be solved by a single means.Social work and employment guidance have the same goal in guiding students' employment,which makes them integrate with each other in employment guidance.The employment guidance of traditional colleges and universities can't meet the employment needs of college graduates in many aspects.For private colleges and universities,the employment situation of students is poor because of teachers,students,school brand and other reasons.It is of great significance for social work specialty to study the intervention of social work in the employment guidance of private colleges and universities in the development of our country and to solve the employment problems of private college graduates.This study takes the employment guidance work of S private college as the research object.In the process of research,which employs literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods to obtain relevant data,and analyze the problems and deficiencies in the employment guidance work of private colleges and universities in detail.Under the new circumstances,the current guidance method needs to be changed to meet the requirements of the development of our college graduates.Through comparative analysis,the service and specialty of Social Case Work and Social Group Work have obvious advantages in the employment guidance of colleges and universities.This thesis studies the practical use of embedding Social Group Work into the employment guidance of private college graduates.The social case workers may use their professional techniques and methods to enhance the students' mobility and potential through the support and experience among the students.This study concludes and analyzes the group work to find out that Social Group Work can effectively enhance the self-confidence of graduates and reduce the psychological anxiety and anxiety caused by employment.Social workers adhere to the principle of "people-oriented",the work concept of "helping people and self-help",fully mobilize the autonomy of students,respond to the employment pressure,and improve the employment ability of private college graduates.
