Under the guidance of the State Council's opinions on deepening the integration of industry and education,many universities and enterprises have carried out collaborative education,and various school-enterprise cooperation experimental classes have emerged.Existing research results pay less attention to the learning effect of college students in the workplace.In the nearly one year of the enterprise,what these college students have learned,how much they have learned,and how to evaluate them have not attracted the attention of university managers and researchers,and all these are new problems that have not been encountered before.Based on the workplace learning theory,this paper studies the connotation and elements of the learning effect of the school-enterprise collaborative education experiment class.At the same time,the case of two Guangdong colleges and universities collaborating on the educational class of collaborative education was taken as the research object,and the relevant materials obtained from the collection and interviews were sorted out.It was found that although the evaluation contents of different schools and different majors have their own characteristics,they The growth and development of China has played a certain guiding role,but it also inevitably has certain limitations.Its limitations are mainly manifested in: some experimental classes do not have evaluation standards for student learning effectiveness,nor give comprehensive judgments on their performance,and they cannot reach whether they meet expectations;the evaluation content does not reflect the profound changes in social development on the needs of university graduates,presenting abstract The tendency of generalization and generalization has weakened the rationality and validity of the evaluation data;the evaluation practice shows a tendency to simplify,and generally one or one method is used for evaluation.In this paper,the selection of the evaluation content of the experimental class students' learning effect is guided by the workplace learning theory on the one hand,and the reasonable components of the case study of the two school-enterprise collaborative education experimental classes are boldly absorbed;on the other hand,the actual characteristics of university growth are fully considered 1.The requirements of social development foruniversity graduates.A learning effect evaluation framework for experimental class students with professional knowledge,basic work ability,and emotional attitude as the main structure has been constructed.Each framework includes two levels of content,one level is more detailed and specific than the other.In order to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the evaluation method for experimental class students' learning effect,and to allow the experimental effect students to reach a consensus on the quality of the evaluation among the students,the technical effectiveness of the evaluation method for experimental students Systematic combing provides a simple and clear cognitive framework,which is of great significance to the user's cognition,selection and application ability of the experimental class students' learning effects,as well as enriching evaluation methods and improving evaluation quality.Finally,this paper makes a comparative analysis of each evaluation method from the aspects of feasibility and reliability,and establishes the effectiveness table of the evaluation method for the experimental effect of the students in the experimental class.It is concluded that the evaluation method of evaluation and the portfolio evaluation method are more suitable for the evaluation of the experimental effect of the students in the experimental class Methods.
