| With the rapid development of modern technology and the Internet,enterprise training has entered the Internet era and is moving towards a new ecosphere based on mobile Internet and information technology.The prevalence of knowledge economy and the intensification of global competition have promoted the transformation of enterprises towards “learning organizations”,attaching more importance to training in enterprises.However,the form and content of traditional enterprise training is no longer adaptive to the demand of enterprises for training in a new era and new situation.There is a big gap between enterprise training and actual business needs.Hybrid learning is a new training model emerging in recent years.But in China,studies on the application of hybrid learning to enterprise training are still insufficient.Since theoretical learning must serve practical work,how to draw the training work closer to employees’ workplace and to truly serve the needs of business development has become an urgent problem to be solved in enterprise training.Through literature analysis and case study,this paper has designed and constructed a new workplace-learning-based enterprise hybrid learning model by absorbing the advantages of hybrid learning model and introducing workplace learning on the basis of classroom learning and online learning.Based on the theory of hybrid learning and aiming at solving practical problems existing in enterprise training,this model has puts forward detailed strategies for designing and implementing hybrid training activities under the support of the workplace.In planning and carrying out a training program undertaken by the author through investigation,interview,practice,and experiencing,the model was applied to the training of business outlet directors of a telecommunications company.To verify the effectiveness of the model in enterprise training,the author developed a targeted training scheme and made elaborate arrangement of the training process from eight aspects on the basis of analysis of the training needs and status quo and the training contents and objectives.After evaluation,follow-up and satisfaction survey of trainees,the results show that the hybrid training model based on the workplace is more practical,playing a significant role in improving the training effect and work efficiency.Employee training in modern enterprises should not be just confined to face-to-face lecturing or simply online learning;instead,it needs to include real-life workplace learning,draw on the advantages of various learning paradigms,and make integration and innovation to maximize the training effect. |
