The right of educational punishment and discipline is an unavoidable but controversial topic in the field of education.Educational punishment and discipline as a necessary auxiliary means of education,in order to achieve good educational effect,it is very important to carry out punishment scientifically and rationally and avoid improper punishment.The necessary punishment and discipline is an indispensable part of the healthy growth of junior middle school students,which will directly affect their judgment and choice of right and wrong,moral and non-moral standards.Therefore,it has its particularity to carry out educational punishment for junior middle school students who are in the period of juvenile rebellion.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore how to carry out educational punishment in junior middle school more reasonably and effectively.From this point of view,it is of great significance and value to study the right of educational punishment and discipline in junior middle school.The thesis first selected two middle schools in M city as the research object,investigated and analyzed the cognition of educational punishment power,implementation content and implementation proces,implementation rule making and implementation subject,implementation effect evaluation and influencing factors,etc.Through to the junior middle school stage education discipline implementation present situation investigation,found education punishment power of cognitive biases,the specific contents of the implementation and communication work does not reach the designated position,implementation rules and the main implementer is not reasonable,immediacy effect of education and punishment,and difficult to grasp the degree of punishment and education really implement punishment power impeded and so on.Then,combined with relevant interview results analyzed the cause of right to education disciplinary problems and influencing factors,mainly including various groups ignore education discipline of education value,lack of education disciplinary rules are limited,lack of participation on the standard and method of using the school rules formulated by the awareness and implement responsibilities are not clear,lack of effective school education disciplinary regulations,lack of positive guidance and education disciplinary related security.Finally,this study put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions on the above-mentioned aspects,including the raise awareness,set up the first views of education and punishment,to explore the specific implementation in the effective model of the punishment power of education,formulate scientific and reasonable school education disciplinary regulations,provide a comprehensive range of education punishment power reasonable implementation safeguard,in the junior middle school stage through the above measures reasonably and effectively carry out education and punishment.
