Research On The Optimization Of University Patent Transformation System Under The Background Of "Internet +"

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important part of scientific and technological activities in colleges and universities.However,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is not satisfying.A large number of patented technologies are idle and invalid.The reason is that the patent transformation of universities is a complex and large system,and the operating efficiency is low due to external and internal factors.At present,the research on improving the efficiency of patent conversion system in universities is scattered and repeated,and there is no in-depth demonstration and expansion.Therefore,it is necessary to seek a new perspective to explore more scientific and effective methods.The concept of "Internet plus" is to deeply integrate the innovative achievements of the Internet with various fields of economy and society,so as to promote technological progress and efficiency improvement.Such cross-border integration brings new opportunities for the research of this paper.This paper mainly studies how to use "Internet plus" to improve the efficiency of patent transformation,so as to optimize the patent transformation system of universities.Firstly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to sort out the factors affecting the patent transformation system in universities under the background of "Internet plus" and analyze the problems in the operation of the system.Secondly,the system dynamics model is constructed,and the causal relationship diagram and the stock flow diagram are drawn based on the influencing factors,and the stock flow diagram is quantified quantitatively.Finally,the simulation analysis is carried out to explore the influence mechanism of "Internet plus" on the patent transformation system,and the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the system are put forward.
