"Education is the foundation of a hundred years plan".Education determines a country's scientific and technological development level and innovation ability.However,on the one hand,the society has a consensus on the importance of education;on the other hand,parents and society place all the burden of education on schools.High school teachers should not only deal with the continuous promotion of basic education curriculum reform,but also face various problems of high school students,and meet the requirements of school and Society for the enrollment rate.They are under great pressure for a long time.This kind of pressure can easily lead to teachers' job burnout.Teachers' psychological state not only affects their physical and mental health,but also affects the teaching effect,and even has a significant impact on the growth and development of students.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the current situation of teachers' job burnout,find out the main reasons and explore solutions.First of all,this thesis starts with research background and significance,and reviews the current situation of the research on Teachers' burnout at home and abroad.Using the method of case study,this thesis analyzes the current situation of W middle school teachers' job burnout.This thesis discusses the causes of W middle school teachers' job burnout based on the work mismatch theory,resource conservation theory(COR),ecological model and other theories,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to prevent and reduce teachers' Job Burnout based on Maslow's demand theory,achievement demand theory,dual factor theory and other incentive theories.The conclusions of this thesis are as follows: to prevent and reduce the job burnout of teachers in W middle school,the following measures should be taken:(1)the government should strengthen the policy regulation,deepen the reform in the field of education,and release the vitality of the development of education;(2)W middle school should improve the school management system--promote the reform of teaching evaluation mechanism,establish a reasonable incentive mechanism,and establish a fair and flexible promotion system.(3)In the whole society,we should promote the custom of respecting teachers and emphasizing education,and encourage parents to participate more in children's education.(4)Guide the teachers of W middle school to continuously encourage themselves and improve their teaching ability and professional well-being.At the same time,system,cultural and organizational guarantee are necessary to prevent and reduce the job burnout of W middle school teachers.As one of the top 100 middle schools in China and the key middle schools in Hubei Province,the research on W middle school is conducive to understanding the current situation of front-line teachers' real job burnout in the context of current education reform,and through its analysis and suggestions,I hope to provide guidance and reference for the teaching management of similar schools.
