Happiness has always been the eternal pursuit of our human society since ancient times.Education as an important part of human society is also aimed at happiness.Since ancient times,happiness has always been the eternal pursuit of our human society.Education,as an important part of human society,also aims at happiness.It has become an indisputable fact that teachers who play an important role in the entire process of education implementation have a heavy burden.In recent years,many non-teaching affairs such as "Wenshanhuihai",forms,inspections,and poverty alleviation have seriously disrupted the normal education and teaching order of teachers.What is more serious is that teachers' personal physical and mental health has also been hit by heavy burdens.It also has an inestimable negative impact on the growth of students and the development of education.It is the proper meaning of the new era to allow teachers to calmly teach and educate people and improve teacher happiness.Reducing the burden of teachers and improving the happiness of teachers has become China 's education.The outstanding problems in the reform.Therefore,we need to attach great importance to the problem of the burden placed on teachers in primary and secondary schools.After extensive reading of the literature on teacher burden,the author combined with preliminary interviews with primary and secondary school teachers on the current work situation,and determined the theme of this study: the study of regulation of primary and secondary school teachers' burden from the perspective of happiness.This research mainly uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview and observation method to investigate and analyze the burden of primary and secondary school teachers currently engaged in nine-year compulsory education,and from the situation of primary and secondary school teacher education and teaching,daily professional development and other work.Explain and analyze the situation in three aspects.Then,based on the specific problems of the teacher's burden,combining the occupational well-being theory and work demand-resource theory from the external objective reasons and teacher's subjective reasons,the teacher's burden of the problem is explored.The main conclusions drawn from the investigation and analysis are as follows:First,as a whole,teachers in primary and secondary schools in the current compulsory education stage are generally in a situation where job responsibilities are expanded,working hours are too long,and overtime work is a common situation.Not only does it bear the burden of effective education and teaching such as preparing for reorganization and supplementary work,but also It is also necessary to endure the fatigue of non-education teaching such as "meetings,activities,inspections,and other social affairs." The heavy burden has seriously reduced the happiness of teachers;Second,there is a significant difference in the specific performance of elementary school teachers and junior high school teachers.Primary school teachers 'weekly class hours,daily time for tutoring students,daily time for class management,and time spent participating in out-of-school training each semester are significantly higher than those of junior high school teachers.The number of lectures and the time spent attending school meetings every week are significantly higher than those of elementary school teachers.In addition,with the increase in teaching age,the promotion of duties,and the expansion of duties,the burden facing teachers has also increased.Compared with teachers who have been teaching for more than 5 years,the new teachers' love of education makes them deeply burdened and still feels happy and satisfied.Finally,the thesis puts forward reasonable suggestions for reducing the burden of teachers and improving happiness around the government,school management and teachers themselves.
