At present,the work of education equalization has been carried out in all regions and stages of education.Both the growth of students and the professional development of teachers need the promotion of balanced education.As one of the practical ways of balanced development of education,the collectivized mode of running schools has attracted a lot of scholars to study and think about it.A survey of the existing studies on collectivization of school running shows that there are few collectivization of school running in the stage of basic education.Based on the field of basic education,this study aims to study the status quo and existing problems of teachers’ development under the background of collectivization,and enrich the theoretical system of collectivization.This paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey method,interview method and literature method,and from the perspective of teacher development in the junior middle school education community,studies the teacher professional development in the four member schools of jiangdu S middle school education community.According to the multi-angle analysis of the information obtained from interviews and questionnaires,the main reasons for the teachers’ development status in the education community are that the teachers’ participation enthusiasm needs to be improved,the member schools lack of control,and the policy formulation and implementation are ineffective.Based on the current situation of the research and the objective existing problems,this study proposes targeted strategies,mainly from three aspects: teachers should change the attitude of cooperation and communication,member schools should improve the management method,and policy making should break the thinking pattern to ensure the development of teachers.The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo of teacher development in the process of education community construction,analyze the causes of problems in the process of teacher growth,and find reasonable and effective strategies to promote teacher development.It is hoped to provide some reference for the research of balanced development of education and teacher development.
